This lovely flat of 35 m2, which was decorated and furbished during the spring of 2005, is situated right in the middle of Antibes, a gorgeous medieval town between Nice and Cannes on the French Riviera. You are only 5 minutes from the sea, 5 minutes from the old town and the markets, and all public transports covering the whole Riviera, from St Tropez to Monaco, is within walking distance.

Facilities

The apartment is fully equipped with all brand new appliances, such as TV, Stereo, washing machine, big fridge with separate freezer (to enjoy all that lovely French food) and gas oven/stove.
There are 2 single beds (that can be put together as one big double bed), a bed sofa and a high quality extra foldable bed.
The bathroom (with bathtub) and toilet are separate.

Smoking / Pets

The flat is a non smoking flat, but with the balcony, we can of course cater for smokers as well. If you want to bring your pet, just tell us in your booking / inquiry, for us to consider your request (depending on the size of your darling).

Parking

There is free parking all along the street where the flat is situated, as well as on the smaller streets around the area. If you go to Antibes during Peak Season (July or August) there is more competition to find a parking spot, so if you wish, you can get a weekly (or longer) ticket in one of the parking houses. Shopping / Cultural Activities

The flat being in the centre of Antibes, you can walk to anything that happens in Antibes – including the fantastic shopping and all bars and restaurants. Even the nightlife and clubbing in Juan les Pins is only 15 minutes walk away!
