Holiday rental - Terms & Conditions

§1 – Prepayment
After reserving the flat for the dates you wish, a prepayment of 50 % of the total rental sum is asked for, in order to confirm booking of the apartment. This prepayment is non refundable 1 month after signature of contract.

§2 – Means of payment
Payment can be done by direct transfer into our account, by Euro or Pound Sterling cheques or by PayPal.

§3 – Rest payment
The second half of the rent, as well as a safety deposit (see §4) of €300 will be asked for at the latest 2 weeks before start of rental period.

§4 – Safety deposit
A safety deposit of €300 is asked for, in order to cover for any damage done to the apartment or its content, or for exaggerated consumption of gas, electricity or water. This deposit will entirely be returned to the tenant within 30 days of end of tenancy, if there has been no damage done. The deposit can be payed by direct transfer, or by check (€ or £). We will only cash the check if at the end of tenancy there is a need to cover for any damage done, for exaggerated consumption of gas, electricity or water, or for non satisfactory final cleaning of the apartment.

§5 – Included in the rent
In the rent is included electricity, gas, water and heating, at normal consumption rate. Bed linen and towels for 4 people is also at your disposal in the apartment.

§6 – Cleaning
Cleaning is NOT included in the rent, and is to be done by the tenant at the end of their stay.
